Designed to encourage both shared moments and quiet reflection, the spaces establish a seamless connection to the Arctic landscape. Custom-built furniture and large windows bring the beauty of the environment indoors, while offering flexibility for work, relaxation, and inspiration. The design creates a balance between solitude and a deep connection to nature.
Aurora is set in a beautiful location in the Lyngen alps. The project is a private chalet and retreat for exclusive stays in the arctic north. The program demanded a particular focus not only on spending quality time together, but also on privacy and the possibility to have time for yourself, to relax, contemplate the experience of nature or as an inspiring place to work.
