Kalve, Norway
Located on a rare coastal site on the west coast of Norway, the Kalve project consists of five carefully positioned retreats. Two are currently available, while three are under development for private clients.
The layout and architectural approach are designed to create a balanced relationship between the buildings, forming a small community that responds sensitively to the surrounding landscape.
Kalve K2
A carefully composed retreat with a compact loft configuration, designed for privacy and strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
Kalve K3
A similarly composed retreat with a more generous loft space, offering increased flexibility within the same architectural framework.
How it works
Each property is developed on a selected site as a complete architectural concept. Clients acquire the project with the possibility to adapt key elements to their needs. Stinessen remains involved throughout the process, while construction is carried out through contract with a carefully selected contractor.
